Biography
Well, let's see, what might you want to know about me? Riin rhymes with green. I'm your basic crunchy granola type. I knit, spin, and dye wool. I'm about 99% vegan, which means I have a vegan diet except for the honey in my tea, and I'm not giving up wool. Shut up.
I haven't driven a car since 2002 and don't intend to drive again. I decided cars are nothing but trouble and I wanted to live a carfree life, so that's what I've been doing. For a long time I rode a bike everywhere, but that really wasn't making me happy anymore, so now I take the bus and walk. I love the bus! It gives me time to knit, and I'm grateful for that! And I love walking -- it clears my head and makes my body feel good.
Hmm, what else? Divorced, early 40's, Ann Arborite, bunny mom, I do yoga, I'm an atheist/pantheist with Buddhist tendencies, I like to spread peanut butter on my apples...well, maybe that's enough.
